  • Client notes and records are stored securely and accessed only by me.

  • Digital records are password-protected, and paper notes (if any) are kept in locked storage.

  • If you contact me through this website, your details will be used only to respond to your enquiry.

  • Like most websites, basic analytics may be collected (such as page visits), but no identifying information is used for marketing without your consent.

  • If using online counselling (video sessions), I use secure platforms and recommend clients ensure their own device and internet connection are private.
