• This website is operated by Sacred Unfurling Counselling, owned by Carmen Lee (Registered Counsellor, PACFA Member).

• Counselling services provided are for women and mothers, with a holistic, person-centred approach.

• Services offered are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis or require urgent mental health support, please call 000 (Australia) or seek immediate medical attention.

2. Counselling Services

• Sessions are conducted in-person (Perth, WA) or online (via zoom).

• Appointments are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g. risk of harm to self/others, child protection).

• Counselling is a collaborative process meaning that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. However, I am committed to providing a safe, supportive environment.

3. Booking & Payments

• Sessions must be booked in advance via the website or direct contact.

• Payment is required at time of booking.

• Fees are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

• In the rare case that I need to reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All personal information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Records are stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing counselling services.

• Information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Website Use

• Content on this website is for informational purposes only and should not be taken as therapeutic or medical advice.

• You agree not to misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, or use content without permission.

• All text, images, and branding are the intellectual property of Sacred Unfurling Counselling and may not be reproduced without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sacred Unfurling Counselling is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or services.

• Responsibility for personal wellbeing remains with the client.
