My intention as a holistic counsellor is

to evoke a sense of coming home,

a deep exhale, mindful awareness, and connection to our sacred and cyclical nature as human beings.

This is your time to be held and unpack anything that may be weighing you down so that you leave feeling lighter and more empowered.

In our sessions you will experience a space where all parts of you are welcome.

A space where you can pinpoint how you want your life to look like and begin to take smaller and larger steps towards your vision.

I come from a trauma-informed approach, only going as far as you are ready, by honouring where you are at right now.

The key to transformation is in creating the optimal conditions for change to happen from within.

Key foundations of my counselling practice:

  • Growth is not always linear or straightforward, it is an unfolding process that often begins with small steps. Counselling can be the start that you need.

  • Our problems and ‘issues’ always provide opportunities for greater self-awareness and learning experiences.

  • Counselling is not about ‘doing to’ (fixing, interventions, treatment) but ‘being with’ (presence, listening, reflecting, asking).

  • On some level you already know what’s best for you- my role is to help you see things in a new light and find your own inner wisdom.

  • When we feel heard and seen we are able to shift out of stuckness with more ease. Acceptance is the first step before action.

  • Trauma and stuck emotions are stored in the body. Talking will only get you so far. A holistic approach addresses what you are holding onto in your body and gently holds these feelings to move through them.

Whole-Person Understanding and Deep Listening-

I will get a full picture of where you are right now, as well as where you have come from. You’ll be witnessed in your truth and leave each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply seen.

Honouring Your Needs, Boundaries, and Inner Wisdom-

We’ll uncover your unique needs and begin to honour your natural rhythms and limits so you can shift out of survival mode and back into alignment with your own inner knowing.

My service includes calming, tangible strategies, tools and rituals to:
